The Art of Helping Others hosted by Nectara

Helping is a skill and practice that is learned, and often facilitators and coaches fall into patterns of helping that are not, in fact helpful. Many people who offer psychedelic and plant medicine services are “natural helpers.” And the line between helping and burnout can be very thin.

Nectara is hosting an intimate constellations group experience with Andrea Langlois that will help coaches and facilitators explore the “art of helping".

The experience will help facilitators and coaches with:

🌿 Uncovering unconscious patterns around relationship to service

🌿 Understanding true underlying motivations with helping

🌿 Clearing blocks getting in the way of healthy boundaries and self-care

🌿 Getting clear so that you can be of the most use in the world

This experiential workshop will provide you with exploration of helping and service through the approach of systemic constellations, which allows us to see our blind spots and to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves, our families of origin, and our vocational calling.

Through expanding our perspective, we can engage in the art of helping in ways that protect us from burnout and are more useful for those we are serving.
