About me

I have always been an edge walker – exploring the edges between the conventional and the marginal, the seen and unseen worlds.

I have been blessed by the wisdom of other edge walkers – I have walked alongside people living with HIV, drug users, and queer folk; I have travelled to the heart of the Amazon, been guided and taught by Indigenous communities and teacher plants & fungi; I have travelled to the lands of my Ancestors, dived into the depths of Yogic practice, and communed with trees, around fires, and in prayer lodges.

I have rested deeply in the wisdom of community. And, I have also experienced the depths of solo-travelling and finding my way through the dark, guided by my inner knowing.

At times it has been ecstatic, and at times been dark and lonely. Yet somehow, I have always found my way back to the thread that has guided me since I was a child.

Through this life as a journeyer, I have harvested many gifts, dreams, and practices for my toolkit, as well as a clear knowing that my purpose here is to accompany groups and individuals in their inward and outward journeys.

I am practical, intuitive, and an alchemist – bringing together worldly tools and advice and the power of ancient and new practices for tapping into ways of knowing that will enable what is needed for these new times.

I love working with unconventional leaders, intrepid journeyers and psychonauts, organizations exploring new ways of organizing and innovating, and anyone who is looking to expand their internal and external senses so that they can connect to the thread of the future that is calling to them.

Born on Treaty Six territory in Alberta, Canada, I spent over 20 years in Victoria, BC (Coast Salish Territory), and am currently exploring life in Western Europe.
